Services
elloha provides independent tourism and leisure professionals with a channel manager, a direct booking engine and related trade tools. Subscription and free-trial terms are specified at sign-up.
User account
Creating an account requires accurate, up-to-date information. The account holder is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all use of the account.
Intellectual property
Website content (text, visuals, logos) is protected. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Liability
elloha strives to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions. elloha cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
